Standard Presumed Attorney Fee Schedule As of January 1, 2013
Fees are subject to change. Please call the office for a fee estimate.
The following are our presumed fees for most cases. However, on occasion some cases and situations may be more complex than others, and sometimes significantly simpler. Therefore, final fees will be agreed to after a free initial consultation.

Hourly Rate Available
If you prefer an hourly rate, the hourly rate for all work is $225, billed in minimum .10 hour increments. Retainer of $1350 required.
Per Item Fee Schedule
For People Who Wish To Save Some Money And Represent Themselves, But Feel The Need For Consultation And Editing Of Their Paperwork. I Offer A Per Item Representation As Set Forth In An Agreement.
Client understands and agrees that (Attorney) is not Client's attorney for any other purpose than as set out below.
Services: Client shall mark off the services desired and make payment in full before consultation.

| Reviewing a child support worksheet created by the Client: For which the client must provide the necessary income and expense information. | $225 |

| Creating a petition for dissolution of marriage. | $225 |
| Creating a petition for modification of child support. | $225 |
| Creating a petition for modification of parenting time. | $225 |
